Your cancellation request has been logged as a support ticket. Our team processes it within two business days, and you can follow the status in your admin dashboard. We also record the request inside your group for your records.
What cancelling does. Cancelling stops future charges. The period you have already paid for is not refunded, one-time plans do not renew, and once a group site is created there are no refunds. Your site stays active through the end of the period you have paid for.
